- Abdulaziz Foundation for Jewelery and Diamonds guarantees that all the products it offers and sells are of guaranteed quality and are made of precious metals, semi-natural and artificial stones and lulu, and various crystals with all your purchases with an invoice that mentions all the details, where the warranty period is one year according to the following cases and conditions:- - The warranty will not include parts damaged intentionally or due to misuse, and our technicians evaluate the cause of the damage. - Reducing or enlarging the rings and bracelets once during the warranty period, and in the event that the percentage of gold increase is more than the weight of the piece to be enlarged, the customer pays the value of the increase in gold only. The warranty includes pieces from which stones or crystals fall or are broken due to a manufacturing defect only. It does not include the fall, loss or damage of stones as a result of misuse and strikes, provided that the customer takes care of bringing all the broken pieces and fallen stones. - To carry out maintenance, the customer must bring the item with the purchase invoice to one of our showrooms or ship it with one of the shipping companies at his full responsibility. Abdulaziz Jewelery and Diamonds is committed to maintaining all the pieces that you sell after the expiry of the warranty period at a cost paid by the customer, and we will do our best to provide any missing, broken or damaged part such as stones and others, and we will not be obligated to do the repair in any way. - Bring your purchases for free checking and washing during the warranty period.
